We offer private pay options for families seeking specialized care. Our session rate of $125 per session. Choosing private pay ensures the highest level of privacy and allows us to focus entirely on your  unique therapy goals without insurance restrictions.
Payment FAQ
When is payment due for therapy sessions?
Payment is collected at the time of service for all private pay clients and those using insurance with a co-pay or deductible. We keep a secure card on file for your convenience.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate, as that time was reserved exclusively for you.
How do I know if my insurance will cover therapy?
We recommend calling your insurance provider's member services line. Ask about 'outpatient mental health benefits' and if you have a deductible or co-pay for 'in-network providers'. You can also click on "Book Now" at the top of this page and provide your insurance information to Headway for verification.Â
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards. All billing is handled through our secure client portal.
